SHIPPING POLICY

At Petz & Co, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and securely.


1. DELIVERY AREAS

We ship to multiple countries.

Available delivery areas are displayed during checkout.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed before 2pm are generally processed the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

Estimated total timeframe: Please allow between 4 and 12 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the time of year, especially during busy periods such as holidays.


3. SHIPPING FEES

  • FREE shipping on all orders of €25 or more

  • €4.90 shipping fee for orders under €25

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed before you confirm your order.


4. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel in real time

This allows you to check the status of your order at any time.


5. CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via carriers selected based on the destination and the most suitable delivery method.

The specific carrier will be communicated in the shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.


6. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend that you:

  • Check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery driver

  • Refuse the parcel if it is visibly damaged

  • Contact us immediately at hello@petzcompany.com if there is any issue

If you are not present at the time of delivery:
The carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You will then have 7 days to collect your parcel from the indicated pickup point or post office.

Please note: After this period, the parcel will be returned to us and no refund will be issued.


7. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your parcel tracking using the tracking number provided

  2. Contact us at hello@petzcompany.com with your order number

We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.


8. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please carefully check your delivery address when placing your order.

If you notice an error after confirming your order:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@petzcompany.com

  • We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped

If the parcel has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible and reshipping costs will be at your expense.


9. MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you place multiple separate orders, they will be shipped independently and may arrive at different times.

To optimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.


10. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PEAK PERIODS

Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during:

  • Public holidays

  • School holiday periods

  • Major commercial events such as Black Friday or Christmas

If your order is affected, we will inform you by email.
